The Flourishing Program is the third and final stage of the 25-day series, focusing on thriving through advanced habits, increased effort, and complete alignment with your goals. It’s about fully committing to yourself and embracing the lifestyle you’ve been building.
Each day, you’ll focus on:
- Optimizing hydration to keep your energy and focus at their peak.
- Taking your movement to the next level with longer, more diverse workouts.
- Enjoying three healthy, balanced meals to nourish your body completely.
- Deepening your self-care practices with mindfulness and goal-setting.
By the end of these 25 days, you’ll feel vibrant, empowered, and confident in your ability to maintain a thriving lifestyle.
The Flourishing Program Rules
Here are the simple rules to follow each day:
- Drink 80 oz of water daily: Hydration remains a cornerstone of your wellness. Use a water tracker or set reminders to stay on top of it.
- 45 minutes of movement daily: Incorporate a mix of strength training, cardio, and flexibility exercises. Aim for at least three higher-intensity workouts per week.
- Three healthy meals per day: Focus on balanced meals that include lean proteins, whole grains, healthy fats, and plenty of colorful vegetables.
