What Is the Blooming Program?

The Blooming Program is the second stage in your 25-day journey. It’s all about building on the consistency you’ve developed, growing stronger physically and mentally, and challenging yourself just a little more each day.

Each day, you’ll focus on:

  • Drinking more water to stay energized and hydrated.
  • Adding more variety and intensity to your movement.
  • Nourishing your body with two healthy, balanced meals.
  • Deepening your self-care practices with gratitude and reflection.

By the end of the 25 days, you’ll feel more empowered and capable, with stronger habits to carry you forward.

The Blooming Program Rules

Here are the simple rules to follow each day:

  1. Drink 65 oz of water daily: Step up your hydration game. Start your day with a glass of water to set the tone.
  2. 30 minutes of movement daily: Incorporate at least two days of strength training or higher-intensity exercise into your week. The rest can be a mix of walking, yoga, or light cardio.
  3. Two healthy meals per day: Focus on adding more vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats to your meals.
  4. 15 minutes of self-care daily: Use this time for activities like gratitude journaling, meditation, or intention-setting. Reflect on your progress and what you’re grateful for.
